Q: "How long will it take for me to get my Free Pre-paid shipping label?"
A: "After you fill out our Get Shipping Label form, we will send you the Pre-Paid shipping label within 1 business day (usually within just a few hours)."
Q: "How long will it take for me to get my money?"
A: "Once we receive your phone it will be processed and a PayPal payment will be made within 2 business days. If a Check was your chosen payment method, a Check will be mailed to you at that time and should take no longer then 4-5 business days for you to receive it."
Q: "What will you do with my old phone?"
A: "Depends on its condition, the majority of the phones we receive will be recycled in an environmentally friendly manner, some parts will be sold to bring life back to phones that are not feeling well. The select few phones that are received by us in new condition will be distributed to those countries where people are starving for the old iPhone."
Q: "Will you guys buy my bike?"
A: "Sorry we are only equipped to process iPhones and Blackberry phones, but feel free to visit your local bike shop, they may be able to help you."
Q: "I am concerned that I will not get my money?"
A: "We understand your concerns, therefore you may visit one of our friendly drop-off locations so that a quick PayPal payment can be arranged or a check sent out to you."
Q: "Will I be able to track my package on its way to you?"
A: "Yes; with your label you will receive a FedEx tracking number. You can call into work sick and sit at your home computer refreshing the FedEx tracking page every minute so that you know when it is delivered."
